   Finojoy provides booking services for flights and hotels, investment opportunities, and gift card transactions. All services are subject to availability and eligibility.
2. User Responsibilities
   You must provide accurate and complete information during bookings or financial engagements. Misuse of our services may lead to suspension or termination.
3. Pricing & Payments
   Prices may vary based on availability and third-party providers. All payments must be made in full before confirmation. A minimum booking amount of ₹30,000 applies to flight or hotel services.
4. Cancellations
   Cancellations are subject to the policies of our partners (airlines, hotels, or financial institutions). Refund eligibility will be determined accordingly.
5. Limitation of Liability
   We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third-party service providers.
6. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
