Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here’s our refund process:

  1. Flight and Hotel Bookings
    Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airline or hotel. Finojoy will assist you in initiating the process, but does not guarantee refund timelines.
  2. Gift Card Transactions
    Once a gift card is sold or purchased, it cannot be refunded. Ensure correctness before confirming your order.
  3. Investment Services
    Passive investments are non-refundable. Early withdrawal (if applicable) may incur penalties as per the investment terms.
  4. Processing Time
    Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
  5. Advance Payments
    In cases where services are not delivered due to our internal error, advance payments may be refunded at our discretion.
